What is Capitec Connect?

Capitec Connect allows all users to purchase prepaid airtime, SMS data bundles and minutes through the Capitec banking app or online portal.

Where can Capitec Connect Vouchers be purchased?

Capitec Connect prepaid airtime vouchers can be purchased by customers from any of our registered Kazang vendors and devices nationwide.

It is important to understand that only Capitec Connect prepaid airtime vouchers only will be available for purchase from our vendors. Should the customer request to purchase data bundles, etc., they would be required to complete the transaction as per the standard procedures set out by Capitec Bank.

In what denominations are Capitec Connect vouchers available?

The Capitec Connect Any Amount voucher is now available for purchase from all Kazang vendors. This means that customers would no longer need to purchase only the set value vouchers anymore, and can request to purchase a voucher for any amount between R2.00 and R250.00.

Aside from the Any Amount voucher, we do still offer our set value vouchers in the denominations mentioned below.

How can our vendors print the Capitec Voucher?

Our vendors can follow these easy steps to print a Capitec Connect set value or any amount voucher from their Kazang device.

Printing a set value voucher:

Select Airtime Voucher
Select Capitec Connect
Select the pre-requested amount stipulated by the customer
Select the amount of slips required using the slider
Select Confirm to print out the slip

Printing an Any amount voucher:

Select Airtime
Select Capitec Connect
Enter the Any Amount option
Enter the amount stipulated by the customer
Select the amount of slips required using the slider

What if the customer has a problem with their Capitec Connect voucher?	The customer is required to call the number on the voucher (0800 014 942) for help with loading your airtime.
Is there a set expiry date for Capitec Connect vouchers purchased?	Vouchers expire 36 months after you bought them. If the voucher has not been loaded in that time, the money spent on the voucher will be lost.
