Error Message "Please Input The Password"


  • When the error message “Please Input The Password” appears on the device,
    enter the last 6 digits of the device’s serial number as the password.

  • Once the password is entered, press OK.

  • The Date and Time Settings menu will then open.

  • Adjust the date and time as required.

  • After completing the adjustments, select Save or OK to confirm the changes.

  • Exit the menu and verify that the correct date and time are now displayed on the device.



You must enter the last 6 digits of the device's serial number



Press Ok and the date and time options will open


Press "Set time automatically" to manually correct the date, then, toggle the "Set time automatically" once again.
