- Restart device
* Press Kazang
* If this does not work - It could be a Network Issue which in that case you should try an alternative network
Turn Wi-Fi OFF
*On the next screen press the 3 dots at the Top Right Conner
* Press SETTINGS
* Select Wi-Fi
* Press OFF/ON
