Locking Dormant Vending Accounts

Kazang accounts that do not trade are referred to as dormant accounts. Moving forward, all dormant accounts will be locked automatically by our system (Content Ready). This system will automatically lock any account that has not traded for 120 days. Should vendors wish to reopen the account, our Trusted Centre will take over the query and assist vendors accordingly.
