Locked Device – Bad debts

Devices are LOCKED due to BAD DEBTS while trading or account is dormant but still owing Kazang Connect

Debts 

Credit Advance

Kazang Pay Advance

Rental fee (R150) revolving

 

Vendor will call or send the request that their device is not working NOT knowing that the account is locked.

Consultant will do all the necessary security questions (POPI) to confirm that they are speaking to the owner of the device

 

Request come through FreshDesk/FreshChat and a call



 

The Consultant will search using the vendors references number on CR for the below

  • If the account is really locked
  • Reason for the account being locked on CR Notes
  • Type of Debt
  • Amount owing
  • Amount is PAID OFF
  • Last trade Date

Transaction History


If the funds are PAID OFF 

  • The Consultant can unlock the Device and make clear notes on CR

If the account is still in a Minus 

  • The Consultant will advise the vendor the reason for the device being Locked
