- Issue: Unable to vend electricity
- When trying to vend electricity, I get the following error:
- No electricity sources are available
- Supplier is offline
- When this happens, the electricity supplier (Eskom or Municipality) is offline. Issues must be escalated to the relevant supplier.
- Issue: Unable to vend for meter number
- The meter number must be tested on Content Ready. If CR shows that "we are unable to vend for this meter", the meter must be reston CR. After reset, the number must be tested again. If the same error appears, the meter must be escalated to the Product Owner to address with the supplier.
