
Overview:
A vendor will receive this error on the Kazang App under Kazang Pay Advance when attempting to retrieve the KP advance statement/report. It indicates that the account from which they are trying to pull a report for Kazang Pay Advance, does not have an active Kazang Pay Advance and therefore there are no KP advance reports available.
How to resolve:
The vendor should have an active Kazang Pay Advance linked to their account in order for them to retrieve any reports/statements for their advance.
