GPS picks up incorrect location:

The agent will be required to manually insert all the information that did not manually populate in the required fields.

  1. Street number and complex fields are editable
  2. If postal code or suburb fields are empty, then they are also editable.
  3. You are also able to manually move the red location icon on the map to the correct address if needed
  4. Make sure that the GPS of your device is on (This is required before signing in to GRYPHON)

Not able to geolocate/ log in / or the app kicks you out:

Make sure that you have the most recent version of the GRYPHON app, which is currently V4.0.16

Unnamed road:

Google services have sparse data for certain rural areas and may be accurate to only 50m. Some fields remain un-editable which means that you will need to fine tune the location by manually moving around the red location icon on the map until the correct address picks up. This process is called fine tuning and comes in handy to overcome the unnamed road issue.
