How to update new sim details on CR?

You filter with reference
View sim
Click on Remove device
Click on Devices
Add sim
Change sim profile
Change sim status to Activated
Check if the number is not registered under CR First If it is it will notify you that it has been linked to a different IMEI
If linked you need to Dlink the Number
Add number it must start with +27........ under MSISDN
Under Provision Setting, go to Provisioned IMEI and you put IMEI number
Under Recharge on Provisioning, you tick the box
Click Save
