In this article, we outline our agreement with Choice Clothing and the support that they expect from us. As a valued VIP client, Choice Clothing has entrusted us with providing their stores with our devices. To facilitate their expansion efforts, whenever Choice Clothing opens a new store, they will send us a request to add it as a beneficiary to their main account with Kazang. This will integrate the store with the auto funds transfer that we have set up for Choice Clothing head office, ensuring that their device balance gets topped up automatically when it reaches a certain threshold. This will ensure that all Choice Clothing branches are able to vend Kazang products without any interruption due to insufficient funds.  


This feature will facilitate automatic transfers from the main account to the linked device once it reaches a specified balance.



Important to note: 

Only our level 2 support team deals with VIP clients. Since Choice Clothing is a VIP client, any contacts from them will be escalated to our level 2 support team.

After linking a new destination account, you will need to take the following actions on CR to ensure that the limit has been set and is active:




The auto top-up will not be allocated automatically once set up, the vendor will need to take one of the following actions to ensure that the funds are topped up to their newly linked account.

 

1) Process a transaction (This will prompt the funds to be topped up on the newly linked account) 

2) Do a balance enquiry (This will prompt the funds to be topped up on the newly linked account)
