Once a document has been signed, it becomes a legally binding document which means that no changes of any nature can be made to the contract after it has been signed. It is therefor very important that we verify the information entered while capturing as this prevents unnecessary rejections that could have been avoided.
Important to check:
- That the correct serial has been used (If the serial changes before the KP contract is onboarded, a new contract will need to be completed that includes the new serial)
- The character limit for address line 1 and 2 is 48 characters. Should both address lines combined exceed 48 characters then the Kazang Pay profile on CRM will return an error. To avoid this delay, please count the characters for these 2 address lines and make they do not exceed 48 characters.
- Check that the Asylum/Passport has not expired or is not expiring within the next 3 months
- Double check all information before proceeding to the next page
- Make sure that the cell number is correct.
- Make sure that your pictures are clear and visible
- Make sure the address is captured correctly

Compliance rules are set out by Merchant services who receive these rules from the bank. It is therefor a legal requirement that no changes are made after the contract has been signed and submitted.
