How to Update the APP on your device

Please view and read below if you require assistance on updating your App to the latest version.

1. Once Kazang has made a new version available to you, when you login you will be greeted with a message indicating there is a new version and you can press OK to continue

2. You will then be requested to allow permissions - say OK when prompted to "ALLOW FROM THIS SOURCE" (You might need to login again after allowing permissions)

VERY IMPORTANT:

• On the permissions screen, the expectation is to accept all permissions    
• If any permission is denied, the app will ask again    
• If they are still denied, the app takes you to the settings screen where you must enable the missing permissions and then press back (If you have denied several times, then follow this process further below)   
• You should NOT click "uninstall" from the app's settings screen

3. The new APP will be begin to install and once completed you are now on the latest version. You can check your version by selecting DEVICE STATUS on the login screen.

HOW TO ENABLED PERMISSIONS AFTER YOU HAVE DENIED IT MULTIPLE TIMES :

The app automatically takes you to settings, but if you want to do so manually you can do the following:

1. Long press on Kazang logo

3. Click on “Permissions” on this settings screen:

4. On the App permissions screen, toggle all the permissions to grant them, like such:

5. Press the home button (middle button) and relaunch the Kazang app.

That should do the trick!
