Using the Kazang Timpa touch 2 devices:
* Press Kazang
* Press FORGOT PASSWORD under the login button ( Contact the Call Centre to make sure your phone number is correct/updated before resetting your password)
* On the following screen enter your USERNAME (Deposit reference number)
* IF Vendor already has the RESET CODE sent via SMS, Press "I HAVE A RESET CODE"
* On the next screen enter RESET CODE, after the entering the reset code, enter a NEW PASSWORD AND CONFIRM PASSWORD (MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 CHARACTERS.)
