Lotto Cancellation Guide

Kazang trader calls Kazang Call centre with the cancelled ticket reference number. (Kazang Transaction ID – appears as REF:xxxxxxxxx on the slip) No later than 2 hours after ticket is sold!!

Our AGENT/RETAILER ID is 109685

Kazang call centre searches on CR PRO using the Transaction ID and retrieves the 20 digit lottery ticket Serial number.

Kazang call centre calls ITHUBA call centre with Ithuba 20 digit serial number

ITHUBA will contact IGT to cancel the ticket and confirms cancellation with ITHUBA call centre.

ITHUBA call centre will then email Kazang call centre with confirmation of cancellation and reference number.

Trader can now issue a new ticket.

Kazang Call Centre requests Technical or Software Support to reverse the Transaction on CR which will refund the client for the cancelled ticket.

Please note that if any cancellation query is requested after 2 hours of the sale, there is unfortunately nothing Ithuba or we can do. Their systems are refreshed every 2 hours for security measures.

Also note that we are not permitted to provide a copy of the voucher, or give any details of the transaction to anybody.
