Over The Top (OTT) Vouchers

Modified on Wed, 25 Sep at 2:50 PM

OTT (Over The Top) is an online payments ecosystem that allows users to digitise their cash. This means that customers would be able to transact without a card, send and collect money, or get paid online and then withdraw the cash. Customers can purchase OTT vouchers from any Kazang vendor nationwide.

What is an OTT Voucher?

An OTT voucher functions similarly to an airtime voucher but offers the broader benefits of a bank card. For example, if a customer has cash and wants to add it to a gaming platform, they can go to a Kazang vendor, purchase an OTT voucher, and use the voucher pin to top up their betting account balance.

What can OTT Vouchers be used for?

Customers who purchase OTT vouchers from any of our registered Kazang vendors can do any of the following transactions:

  • Collecting cash at designated collection points
(Nedbank, Standard Bank, VodaPay and many more)
  • Receiving payouts from betting platforms

(Bets.co.za, 10bet, Playa and many more)

  • Making online investments

            (EasyInvest)

  • Getting Lay-Buys online

            (LayAway)

In what denominations are OTT vouchers available?

The OTT Any Amount voucher is now available for purchase from all Kazang vendors. This means that customers would no longer need to purchase only the set value vouchers anymore, and can request to purchase a voucher for any amount between R5.00 and R5000.

Aside from the Any Amount voucher, we do still offer our set value vouchers in the denominations mentioned below.

How can our vendors print an OTT voucher?

Our vendors can follow these easy steps to print an OTT set value or any amount voucher from their Kazang device.

Printing a set value voucher:

  • Select Gaming
  • Select OTT
  • Select the pre-requested amount stipulated by the customer
  • Select the amount of slips required
  • Select Confirm to print out the slip

Printing an Any amount voucher:

  • Select Gaming

  • Select OTT
  • Enter the pre-requested amount stipulated by the customer
  • Select the amount of slips required
  • Select Confirm to print out the slip

Can an OTT voucher be reversed?

OTT vouchers can be reversed provided that:

  • The voucher has not been used.
  • The vendor has built a good relationship with Kazang and we are comfortable enough to make an exception to our no refund policy on betting vouchers (or any voucher that can be redeemed on betting platforms).
  • A vendor account audit has been done and we have determined that the vendor account does not pose a high fraud risk.
  • Checking that voucher refunds are not a frequent occurrence on the vendors account.
