MobiPrint 2 - Adding and Managing Users

Overview

The Mobi2 introduces the concept of the multi-users which enables the owner to create sub-users (operators) associated with the owner's account. 


Sales are then tracked for the currently active user and can be requested in the cash up report. 

The transactions performed by each operator will still work off the owner's account and affect the owner's balance. 

The owner can manage the user lists, view and reset all the cash up reports. 


 1  Managing Users

Only the owner's account has the privilege to manage the user's list. The owner would have to login in with their username & password and select 'Save Username' in the checkbox. This will allow the username to be saved and automatically used next time. Select the “up” and “down” keys to navigate to the input boxes, and use the left key to toggle the selected item in the options box.

1.1  Adding an Operator 

Once the owner has successfully logged in, navigate to the category 'Manage'





Manage Users Menu 

The Manage Users menu is where the owner can add and delete users as well as change the user’s passwords.




Add User 

To add a new operator to the users, enter a new operator name and password. The name should be the first name. lastname as in the example above. The operator name will be displayed on the top bar together with the last balance when next active, so the name may be made smaller to fit the width of the screen. Hit 'Go' and again to confirm.
