How to Change your Cell Number:
1. From the Kazang home screen select Security
2. From the security screen select Change Cell Number
3. Enter Account Password
4. Enter NEW Contact Number
5. Enter the One Time PIN (OTP) received via SMS
6. Success! Your Cell Number has been updated!
How to Activate your OTP:
1. From the Kazang home screen select Security
2. From the security screen select Activate OTP
3. Enter Account Password
4. Enter Contact Number
5. Enter the One Time PIN (OTP) received via SMS
6. Success! Your Two-Factor Authentication has been activated!
PLEASE NOTE: If you try to update your cell number after OTP is already activated, it will require an OTP that is sent to the old number. If you have lost access to the old number and OTP is already enabled, please contact the call centre on 087 550 2955
